Casestudy facade Geldrop

Reset architecture has been commissioned by the municipality Geldrop-Mierlo to do a design study for fa├žade improvements that will be part of a policy paper for improvement of the towncenter of Geldrop. This paper will not be a masterplan design, but in the spirit of the time be based on the strength of the existing buildings and local initiatives. By improving existing facade they hope to create a pleasant town center, with more atmosphere, ambience and liveliness.

We suggest a approach in which not only the facade gets a cosmetic improvement but also the living comfort and quality of the existing building will increase. Furthermore we like the building to be better incorporated into his urban situation and ensure that it becomes part of walking routes through the center.
