For sale

A renovation initiative usually arises from a personalized program. That is not the case in this design study, the house is currently for sale. The design study is therefore mainly intended as an initial exploration of possibilities for a renovation. The house from the 1920s requires thorough sustainability. We examine the scope for expansion within the zoning plan and outline ideas that fit within the aesthetics policy. The design originated from an attitude in which the house with its historic core qualities is taken as the basis for transformation into new housing needs that suit a family in 2023.
